Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable and efficient web applications. Reporting to the Project Team Lead, the Full Stack Developer will play a key role in developing and maintaining software projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
• Strong experience with back-end development using React.js, Node.js.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and experience with database design and management.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop front-end components using frameworks such as React, ensuring responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Implement server-side logic using React.je, Node.js ensuring high performance and security.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, employing best practices in coding and testing.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving development practices and processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Previous experience working in a software development agency.
