We are opening an office in Canada and looking for a Business Development Specialist that will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ growth and reaching the overall company’s set goals.

What will your day look like?

You will be a part of the growing software developing company that works with fantastic clients like Stryker, Astound, BigDigital, eCapital, MyDelica, Vetster, etc. Your key responsibilities will be identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.

You will also analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networking strategies. Additionally, we expect a person to be involved in our merger and acquisition strategies.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in a tech team in the service industry
  • Experience with CRM
  • Experience in the lead generation process
  • Advanced knowledge of processes and tools in the software development industry
  • A strong ability to influence and effectively negotiate with stakeholders
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and improvisation at a given moment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office / G-Suite tools
  • English speaker, proficient in both spoken and written communication

What can you expect from us?

  • Salary ranges from $45.000 to $60.000/ year, depending on your knowledge level. The probationary period is 3 months.
  • Salaries are transparent to every team member. Our job ads contain the salary range, and later we’ll create expectations for you to move up the ladder.
  • You can expect performance-based bonuses and a Christmas bonus at the end of the year, as well.
  • Working from home or office? It doesn’t matter as long as your job is well done. Also, flexible hours give you a balance between your work and private life.
  • 10% commission with benefits like health insurance & gym card.
  • Opportunity to travel to our headquarter in Split, Croatia.
